Fulco Lanchester,professore ordinario di Diritto costituzionale italiano e comparato (Iª cattedra) , è stato preside della Facoltà di Scienze politiche dal 1999 al 2008 e Prorettore "per i rapporti con gli Atenei federati" dell´Università "La Sapienza" di Romanel 2009-2010. E´ coordinatore del Dottorato in Teoria dello Stato e istituzioni politiche comparate, Direttore del Master in Istituzioni parlamentari europee e storia costituzionale e del Centro di Ricerca in Teoria dello Stato e trasformazioni della politica tra l´800 e il 900;Presidente dell'Area didattica di Scienze politiche e relazioni internazionali. E´ membro dei comitati scientifici delle riviste "Quaderni costituzionali" , ”Rassegna parlamentare”, ”Revista de derecho constitucional europeo” ;è direttore responsabile della rivista "Nomos.Le attualità nel diritto".Dal 1° dicembre 2010 è stato eletto tra i Presidenti della "Lega per il collegio uninominale"(http://www.uninominale.it/).
Fulco Lanchester is full professor of Italian and Comparative Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Political Sciences. He coordinates the Doctoral Programme in State Theory and Political Comparative Institutions;he is Director of the Master in European Parliamentary Institutions and Constitutional History andPresident of the didacticsarea of Political Sciences and International Reletions. .
From 1989 to 1990 he presided the Law course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Catanzaro. From 1993 to 1999, he was the Director of the Department of State Theory of the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and from 1999 to 2008 he was the Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences andprorector for the confederate universities of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”from 2009 to 2010.
Fulco Lanchester is a member of the scientific committee of the following reviews: “Quaderni costituzionali”, “Rassegna parlamentare”, “Revista de derecho constitucional europeo”, and he is the editor of the review “Nomos.Le attualità nel diritto". Since December 2010 heis one of the presidents of the "Lega per il collegio uninominale"(http://www.uninominale.it/).
